Our Sunday

We went back to our old house in the morning to pack some magazines for a friend who would expect hospital stay for an indefinite time until delivery. She is into her 2nd trimester of pregnancy and her low lying placenta condition has persisted since early pregnancy.

After our hospital visit, I was craving so badly for a bowl Assam Laksa and hubby remember seeing a newly open stall at 1Puchong Cafe and wasting no time, we zoomed over there.

It was a big disappointment as it both looked and tasted bland and had a hint of vinegar presence instead of assam paste. Hubby ordered Sarawak Laksa and Char Kway Teow for the boy which didn't taste good either. The only consolation was the two bowls of ABC that we ordered, so cooling and refreshing on a hot day!

We headed back home after the not so satisfying late lunch and had our afternoon nap. Hubby took the boy down for a swim after that while I fried rice for dinner. We had a brief revision after dinner and now our boy is watching the newly bought DVD with daddy in our room while I am blogging away in the living room. :) He is allowed to stay up a little bit late during the school holidays.. To us, December is always the month to enjoy and indulge ourselves before the school starts again and we have to fall back to our tight routine yet again.

That's our Sunday? How about yours?
