Central Bangkok Is All Dry!
We just came back from a 6 days 5 nights trip to Bangkok, arriving home around 1 am this morning.
Central Bangkok remained dry and sunny throughout our stay there, not even a drop of rain water encountered. It was my 4th time there, hubby's 3rd and the boy's first time there and we still look forward to going there again!
I will update more on our trip once I get all photos sorted out.

wow, good to hear that. wished we booked a trip there this holiday :) can't wait to read more.
Glad to hear that there's no flood there and enjoyed the trip there. I was actually thinking of making a trip there too but whenever i think of having to handle 3 kids w/o my maid to help out, I rather be home-bound and wait a few more yrs until my youngest is older.
Glad to hear that!!
Looking forward to your travelogue!
You just back from holiday in Bangkok. Must show us your loots, ok?
glad to hear you are back and enjoy the holiday.. will stay tune for the pictures soon!
Oh, the flood subsided? Glad to hear about that.
Please, please share your trip here~
December is indeed a time for holidays.. so.. no flood? I think it only occurred at the outskirts, right?
few of my friends supposed to go there too around this time but cancelled due to the earlier flood.
Thank you thank you so much for this update... Can you also assure me if the food and bottled water or boiled tap water is safe to drink? Smeone told me the hygiene and food is not clean, so I am rather worried as we will be celebrating Christmas there this year...
Irene: We didn't encounter any diarrhea or stomach discomfort throughout our stay there. The box of anti diarrhea medication that we brought along remained unopened. We didn't drink from boiled tap water but only bottled water which were easily available everywhere. We even ate at the roadside stalls! :)
Irene: To add on, the public toilets there are so clean.. my boy was ever willing to empty his bladder there. Back home, he tends to hold his bladder until he gets home as he says the public toilets here stink. yucks..
