You never have to second guess on things he tells you.
My daughter Shenny has learnt an honesty song from her character building class. The song is something like this "Honest people never lie....". Yet, she has lied to me a few times to avoid trouble. The things she lied to me were these: "her friend spoilt her hair clip", "teacher had stopped her from finishing her snack because time out" and "she had pooed in school". **headache.Shenny's mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10205907934727046892noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2300397536361928008.post-37718464556910230052010-05-29T17:51:43.180+08:002010-05-29T17:51:43.180+08:00hehe. means hor he knows his work le! hahaha... ho...hehe. means hor he knows his work le! hahaha... honesty is the best. good job boy!Irenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07817823434026604427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2300397536361928008.post-6534938952610805752010-05-29T15:42:31.420+08:002010-05-29T15:42:31.420+08:00He is really honest! I know I have to strike a balance between book smart and street smart in parenting my boy but this is definitely no easy task.

Caroline: On the positive side, yes, I hope he had learned something useful.. how to accept his mistake and try not to make the same mistake in future. So what he did was, he purposely wrote the wrong answers for his fren to copy, then later he rubbed off the wrong answers and put the right answers there without his fren knowing! Sigh...my daughter also - too decent, too honest, too straight!!!

P.S. Sometimes we do not see our mistakes...only later. Like when I wrote books, I would spot the mistakes after they have drafted out the real thing nicely...and sent to me for editing. Dunno why I did not see in the 1st place even though I checked a few times.suituapuinoreply@blogger.com
