We are from the Philippines and are moving to Penang, Malaysia (option still open) next year to live so kids can go to Mandarin School. I find little info about Penang school system. We preferred local or private schools, not inernational. What is your opinion about Penang's Chinese schools? What abut KL schools? My kids are 5 and 4. They have to do 9 papers in every exams, BM, Chinese & English subject all consist of 2 papers.
